Tibor was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, giving me advice and helping affirm my decision to swag this chandelier which was a bit of a bold move. He did an excellent job swagging so it looks super slick, professional and just how I imagined. He also changed my builder grade track light to a vintage teardrop I had sourced and it looks beautiful. He also changed a few switches to dimmers and advised me re other queries I had re lighting and was super helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure he met my expectations. The service couldn't be described as cheap but Whitelock was recommended through my local FB group and I can't fault the quality, you get what you pay for. I. Additionally, the admin support and follow up from Mev and than Nathaniel was amazing, I have never had any tradespeople contact me after a job to check in on how it all went. It has made a ton of difference to reassuring me all was well and meant that I am v confident using Whitelock for future electrical work.
