Totally happy with Whitelock Electrical from quoting to servicing our the spilt systems airconditioner units and the installation on new LED downlights (throught the whole home). Both Sam and Andrew were professional and courteous, and fully cleaned up afterwards. We had the Premium Service on all four of our spilt system units and it was the right choice, providing a detailed clean inside, not just cleaning the filters.

Approaching the job, the communication was fantastic and the follow up care was awesome. Andrew, our technician, was friendly, very helpful, efficient and super knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions and help. Very satisfied with the process overall.

Andrew from Whitelock Electrical did an amazing job. He installed multiple tvs, pendant lights and power outlets.Other companies insisted numerous holes in walls (and the ceiling) were necessary - whereas Andrew found ways around it. No mess, no damage, no unsightly (and expensive) plaster repair bill. Where other companies listed problems - Andrew came up with solutions.The cost was on par with other quotes, the job was handled efficiently and effectively and since I work from home - the comms provided by head office were fantastic.Honestly couldn’t recommend more.

Really happy with Whitelock’s work installing our ceiling fan. Fair pricing and an amazingamd clean finish, especially in our nursery just in time for baby.
