I contacted Whitelock electrical to have some old lights switched to LED downlights and to replace a ceiling exhaust fan, the online enquiry was easy to complete and was contacted promptly to book in a suitable time, I was given timely updates about estimated time of arrival of the team member. Tibor completed the work in an efficient manner, and kept the work areas clean, and clearly explained what needed to be done, and talked through the quote. Tibor was very competent and friendly. He and another electrician completed a long job in a day (fuse box, smoke alarms and hanging a pendant light.) There was an issue with the placement of a light and I have to say that I am so impressed by Nathaniel’s outstanding care and follow-up with the job which is just not really expected nowadays. True old fashioned service from a young team. Amazing !!
I had Andrew come out and fix several electrical issues we had at our house. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was also very prompt.
Totally happy with Whitelock Electrical from quoting to servicing our the spilt systems airconditioner units and the installation on new LED downlights (throught the whole home). Both Sam and Andrew were professional and courteous, and fully cleaned up afterwards. We had the Premium Service on all four of our spilt system units and it was the right choice, providing a detailed clean inside, not just cleaning the filters.
Andrew from Whitelock Electrical did an amazing job. He installed multiple tvs, pendant lights and power outlets.Other companies insisted numerous holes in walls (and the ceiling) were necessary - whereas Andrew found ways around it. No mess, no damage, no unsightly (and expensive) plaster repair bill. Where other companies listed problems - Andrew came up with solutions.The cost was on par with other quotes, the job was handled efficiently and effectively and since I work from home - the comms provided by head office were fantastic.Honestly couldn’t recommend more.
Great experience with Whitelock electrical, Andrew helped out with a number of things we wanted to get done. GPO outside, fixing some GPOs, mounting TV and giving all round good advice on what I should do for things. Thanks heaps!!
Really happy with Whitelock’s work installing our ceiling fan. Tibor was super friendly, professional, and thorough, and explained everything before getting started and after the installation to make sure we knew the features and how-tos . Fair pricing and an amazingamd clean finish, especially in our nursery just in time for baby. Have used them before to install a pendant lamp for our living room ceiling, have recommended to our neighbours who are also happy with their work, and would use them again.

Once again, the Whitelock team deliver great service and an excellent result. A new ceiling fan/light installation, a new GPO into solid brick and a new dimmer setup - all delivered smoothly by Andrew (even in the heat of the ceiling!). Highly recommend

Our job was completed as requested, and he then offered to check other areas of our home to ensure all electrical appliances were safe without prompting and with no obligation to do the extra jobs there and then. Excellent service from Sam who installed two fans and upgraded our switchboard. He was very professional and explained all work that needed to be done and provided a reasonable quote. The quote was accepted and Sam did all the work on the same day. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I recommend Whitlock Electrical highly!
Recently had Whitelock Electrical out to complete a range of electrical work in my apartment. I first met with Nathaniel, who arranged the quote and squeezed me in at such short notice — much appreciated.Andrew and Sam completed the electrical work and were terrific: very professional, knowledgeable, and well organised. They installed three fans, updated multiple power points, and completed additional work. It was a stinking hot day, which didn’t slow them down at all. Much appreciated.
