Cannot recommend Nathaniel and team enough! I needed a transmitter replacing in my ceiling fan but unfortunately the lighting shop gave me the wrong thing. Nathaniel quickly engaged his contacts and got me sorted with what I needed so he could continue to replace the part and fix the fan which was all done within 15mins. To sum it up he is very reliable, has good clear communication and goes over and above.Thank you!

We bought a ceiling fan from Beacon lighting and needed it installed and used the recommended electrician - Whitelock Electrical. What a fabulous decision! The entire process was smooth and absolutely a 5-star installation. Andrew arrived on time, installed the fan without needing to cut extra holes in the ceiling, saving extra costs for a plasterer and painter. I needed a new ceiling fan installed and a being top floor apartment with no roof access, it was not going to be a straightforward job.I was contacted by Nathaniel who took the time to understand my requirements and expectations. I cannot recommend Whitelock Electrical highly enough. We recently moved into an Art Deco apartment. I had a number of electricians come to quote on installing air conditioning, exhaust fans, additional power points and ceiling.None of these things were going to be easy in an older apartment and in the end only Nathaniel gave me the confidence that he and his team could do the job. And indeed they did. They were able to discretely run cable which limited the need for excessive conduit and their quality of work and advice on AC and other matters was and is exceptional. Further Whitelock communications were fantastic and they proved to be extremely reliable in all that they did. Their pricing was also competitive. And finally Nathaniel, Andrew and Werner and all very genuine people.
