I recently bought a new business & called him to come & refit some outdoor light box signage.The voltage I had purchase had incorrect wiring for my building, Nathaniel sent Sam to rewire & fit the lights to my cafe. Andrew and his team recently installed heated towel rails, new cabling, power sockets, security cameras, and outdoor lighting over a couple of days. We were particularly impressed by how tidy and clean they left our place afterwards!

Nathaniel is a true professional and has a through understanding of the electrical trade. He is visibly passionate about it. This is just what you need before the work starts as you know he will take care. He understood excitably what we wanted and was very patient and checked-in with us before each stage of repair, relocation or installation. He is precise when measuring and installing. Nathaniel is also extremely clean and left hardly any mess behind. Well priced too. Full confidence in Nathaniel doing the work to expectation and will call on him again.And have called in Nathaniel and team another three times and as recently as today 6/9/24. Just don’t have to worry about the work being done professionally and properly. Whitelock communicate throughout the process. Won’t go to another electrician after such good service over 6 visits now.

I thoroughly recommend Nathaniel and his team. Communication is first class, responds to every enquiry promptly and does exactly what is promised and more. Nathaniel stepped in at the last minute to ensure the job was done on the day promised (to cover a sick colleague) and completed 6 different jobs - one of which involved replacing 10 downlights and 2 of which were last minute requests. I don’t usually give google reviews so when I give 5 stars it’s certainly deserved and for service beyond what “is just expected”Nathaniel and his team went above and beyond to assist our family with a defect notice that prevented us from accessing electricity in freezing conditions.Not only did he resolve the issue within hours of contact he personally checked in multiple times (even after hours) as we waited for the power company (0 stars for them) to sign off on the work and restore our power.Would highly recommend the services of Nathaniel and the team.

Cannot recommend Nathaniel and team enough! I needed a transmitter replacing in my ceiling fan but unfortunately the lighting shop gave me the wrong thing. Nathaniel quickly engaged his contacts and got me sorted with what I needed so he could continue to replace the part and fix the fan which was all done within 15mins. To sum it up he is very reliable, has good clear communication and goes over and above.Thank you!

Job well done! although the additional power point was more costly than I expected, Andrew.explained the reasons why clearly and pointed out updates were necessary to my ageing fuse box. Will definitely use Whitelock again in the future.
