Cannot recommend Nathaniel and team enough! I needed a transmitter replacing in my ceiling fan but unfortunately the lighting shop gave me the wrong thing. Nathaniel quickly engaged his contacts and got me sorted with what I needed so he could continue to replace the part and fix the fan which was all done within 15mins.
